These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AffiTrack's affiliate tracking platform. By creating an account, you're agreeing to these terms. Read them carefully - they affect your rights.
Account Registration and Access
You need to provide accurate information during signup. That means real contact details, valid payment information, and legitimate business credentials. We verify accounts before activation.
Your account credentials are yours alone. Don't share login details across your team without proper user roles. You're responsible for all activity under your account - including that intern who "just needed to check something quickly."
Acceptable Use Policy
AffiTrack is built for legitimate affiliate marketing operations. Here's what that means in practice:
- Track real affiliate relationships and genuine conversions
- Comply with advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
- Don't attempt to manipulate tracking data or forge attribution
- Keep your integration secure - no exposing API keys in public repositories
- Respect data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, whatever applies to your operation)
We monitor for suspicious patterns. Cookie stuffing, click injection, or other fraud schemes will get your account terminated. No warnings, no refunds.
Service Availability and Support
We maintain 99.9% uptime for our tracking infrastructure. That's measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (announced 48 hours in advance).
Support response times depend on your plan tier. Enterprise clients get priority access. Standard plans receive responses within 24 business hours. We don't offer phone support - everything runs through our ticketing system for proper documentation.
Payment Terms and Refunds
Billing happens monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Prices are locked for your billing cycle - we won't surprise you with mid-term increases.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. After that, no refunds on unused time. If you're canceling because the platform isn't working as advertised, contact support first. We'll either fix it or process your refund.
Failed payments pause your account after 7 days. Your data stays intact for 30 days, then gets permanently deleted.
Data Ownership and Privacy
Your tracking data belongs to you. We're the processor, you're the controller (in GDPR terms). We don't sell your data, train AI models on it, or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
You can export your complete dataset anytime through the dashboard. Standard exports are CSV format. Enterprise plans get direct database access for custom extraction.
Limitation of Liability
AffiTrack provides tracking infrastructure. We're not responsible for your affiliate relationships, commission disputes, or payout processing. That's between you and your partners.
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.
Modifications to Terms
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes require 30 days notice via email. Continuing to use AffiTrack after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
